Terms and Conditions

The terms for using PandaCrawl: your account and licence, prices, payment and refunds, AI agents and MCP, acceptable use, and your data.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. About these Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply to your use of the website at https://pandacrawl.app (the “Site”) and the hosted PandaCrawl service, including the web app, the MCP server and the API (together, the “Service”).

1.2 The Site and the Service are provided by Sanklad Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14223393) whose registered office is at 7 Brookfields Place, Coventry, CV6 4QF, United Kingdom (“we”, “us” and “our”).

1.3 By creating an account, buying a licence or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1.5 Some parts of these Terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer or a business. You are a “consumer” if you are an individual using the Service wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Otherwise you are a “business customer”. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

1.6 Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data we receive from Google when you connect a Google account. It forms part of these Terms.

2. Your account and workspace

2.1 To use the Service you need an account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@pandacrawl.app if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

2.3 Your account belongs to a workspace. You can invite other people to your workspace. Everyone you invite must accept these Terms, and you are responsible for their use of the Service through your workspace.

2.4 You can delete your account at any time from the Service or by contacting us.

3. Your licence

3.1 What you buy. PandaCrawl is sold as a licence to use the hosted Service. The licence is paid for once. It is not a subscription, it is not billed again, and it does not renew.

3.2 What “lifetime” means. A licence gives your workspace access to the Service for as long as we make the Service available. It does not give you ownership of the software or a copy of it. If we ever decide to permanently discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and time to export your data before it closes.

3.3 Site limits. Each licence tier allows a set number of sites, shown on our pricing page and at checkout when you buy. Every tier includes every feature. You can raise your limit by buying a higher tier.

3.4 Who can use it. A licence belongs to the workspace it is attached to. Members of that workspace may use it. You may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer a licence, or use one licence across unrelated organisations.

3.5 Licences bought through a partner. If you received your licence as part of a bundle or offer sold by one of our partners, these Terms apply to your use of the Service. The purchase itself, including any refund, is between you and the partner under its own terms.

3.6 What you may do with results. You may use the Service for your own websites and for clients, and you may use the reports and results it produces in your own work and in client deliverables. You may not resell those results as a standalone data product, or use the Service or its results to build a competing product or service.

4. Prices, payment and refunds

4.1 The price of each licence is shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.

4.2 Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

4.3 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the Service, email kamal@pandacrawl.app within 30 days of paying for your licence and we will refund the licence fee in full to your original payment method. When a licence is refunded, the access it gave you ends. We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, for example repeated purchases and refunds.

4.4 Consumers’ right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying. Because the Service is made available to you immediately, that right may end once you start using it. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is longer and applies whether or not you have started using the Service, so you will not be worse off.

4.5 If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the licence while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, we will restore it.

5. Third-party accounts and services

5.1 Your own provider accounts. Parts of the Service run on accounts you hold directly with third-party providers: DataForSEO for search data, and OpenRouter for the in-app AI agent if you connect it. You contract with those providers directly. They bill you under their own terms and at their own rates, and we do not collect or receive any part of those amounts.

5.2 We are not a party to your agreements with those providers and are not responsible for their pricing, availability, accuracy or the charges you incur with them, including charges caused by automated activity you start, such as an AI agent running searches. If a provider balance runs out, features that depend on it stop returning new data until you top it up. Your licence is not affected.

5.3 Credentials you give us. You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you add to the Service and for the usage made under them. We store them encrypted and use them only to make requests on your behalf.

5.4 Google services. You can connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics. The Service requests read-only access, and you can disconnect at any time from the Service or from your Google account settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.5 When you use a third-party service through PandaCrawl, you must also comply with that provider’s terms.

6. AI agents, MCP and API keys

6.1 The Service lets you connect AI agents and other tools through our MCP server and API keys. Anything an agent or tool does using your API keys or connections is treated as done by you.

6.2 Keep your API keys secret. You can revoke a key at any time in your settings. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it straight away.

6.3 We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service and other customers.

7. Acceptable use

7.1 You must not use the Service to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone else’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • upload or transmit malware, or anything intended to damage or interfere with any system or data;
  • gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other accounts, or to any system connected to the Service;
  • place an unreasonable load on the Service, or use site audits or crawling features to place an unreasonable load on any website or to access areas of a website you are not authorised to access;
  • scrape, copy or bulk-download the Service or its data other than through the features and exports we provide;
  • create accounts by automated means, or create multiple accounts to get around site limits;
  • send spam, or harvest information about other users without their consent; or
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction.

7.2 Search engines may crawl the public pages of the Site in line with our robots.txt file.

8. Your content and data

8.1 “Your Content” means the information you add to or create in the Service, including projects, keywords, notes, reports and connected data. You keep all rights in Your Content.

8.2 You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content.

8.3 You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to use it with the Service.

8.4 You can export your keyword and page data using the export features in the Service. We take reasonable steps to protect Your Content, but you should keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Our intellectual property and feedback

9.1 The Service, the Site and everything in them, other than Your Content and third-party materials, belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence described in section 3, these Terms do not give you any rights in them.

9.2 “PandaCrawl” and our logos are our trade marks. You may not use them without our written permission.

9.3 If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

10. SEO data and AI outputs

10.1 Search volumes, difficulty scores, rankings, backlink counts, traffic estimates and similar metrics come from third-party data providers and from Google. They are estimates, and they can be incomplete or out of date.

10.2 AI features can produce answers that are wrong or incomplete. Review AI output before relying on it.

10.3 We do not promise that using the Service will improve your search rankings, traffic or revenue. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own.

11. Changes to the Service

11.1 We improve the Service over time, which means features may be added, changed or removed. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a licence you have paid for without telling you first.

11.2 The Service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of a problem with a provider we rely on. We will try to keep interruptions short.

12. Suspension and termination

12.1 You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12.2 We may suspend or end your access to the Service, and end your licence, if:

  • you materially break these Terms, or break them repeatedly;
  • we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service, other customers or third parties, for example because of a security threat or suspected fraud; or
  • we are required to by law.

Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

12.3 If your access ends, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period. Sections 7, 8.3, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17 and 18 continue to apply after your access ends.

13. Our responsibility to you

13.1 Liability we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13.2 If you are a consumer. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when you bought your licence. The Service is intended for business and professional use, so if you use it for business purposes we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Your legal rights in relation to digital content and services that are faulty or not as described are not affected by these Terms.

13.3 If you are a business customer. Subject to section 13.1:

  • the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law to the fullest extent the law allows;
  • we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, for loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and
  • our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the Service.

13.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party providers, internet or hosting outages, and acts of government.

14. Indemnity (business customers)

If you are a business customer, you will indemnify us against any losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a claim by a third party caused by your breach of section 7, your use of Your Content, or your use of the Service in breach of the law. This section does not apply to consumers.

15. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email support@pandacrawl.app with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • a description of the work or right you believe is infringed;
  • where the material is, in enough detail for us to find it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.

We will review notices promptly and may remove material and, in appropriate cases, end the accounts of repeat infringers. Notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act can be sent to the same address.

16. Changes to these Terms

16.1 We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or the law. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

16.2 If we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless we need to make it sooner for legal or security reasons.

16.3 If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Service before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you.

17. Disputes and governing law

17.1 If you have a problem with the Service, please contact us first at support@pandacrawl.app. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

17.2 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

17.3 If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

17.4 If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

18. General

18.1 Communications. We may contact you by email at the address on your account or through notices in the Service. You agree that communications we send electronically satisfy any legal requirement for them to be in writing.

18.2 Transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to another organisation, for example if our business is sold, and we will tell you if we do. This will not affect your rights under these Terms.

18.3 Third-party rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce any of these Terms.

18.4 Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.

18.5 No waiver. If we delay in enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce them later.

18.6 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown to you at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

18.7 Export and sanctions. You must comply with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of the Service.
