- Is there a free trial?
- There is no time-limited trial, but there is a 30-day money-back guarantee: if PandaCrawl is not for you, email kamal@pandacrawl.app within thirty days of your purchase and we will refund it.
- Why do I need my own DataForSEO account?
- Because search data is the part with no ceiling. If we bundled it into a one-time price we would have to guess your usage, price for the heaviest user, and then add the limits that make the guess safe. On your own account you pay for exactly what you pull, at DataForSEO's rates, and we never touch it.
- What happens when my DataForSEO balance runs out?
- The app keeps working. Anything already fetched stays where it is, and your projects, settings, saved keywords and reports are unaffected. It simply cannot fetch new data until you top up. Your licence is not involved.
- What costs nothing to run?
- Google Search Console data, because it is your own data read through your own Google connection. So are your projects, settings, saved keywords, and anything already fetched. The features that spend money are the ones that query DataForSEO — keyword research, SERP and local SERP results, domain and backlink lookups, rank checks, and site audits.
- Are there plan tiers or feature gates?
- No. There is one licence and it includes every feature. Tiers exist to create upgrade pressure, and there is nothing here to upgrade to.
- Does the AI agent cost extra?
- The in-app agent runs on your own OpenRouter key, billed to you by OpenRouter. Connect one in Settings and one key reaches Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi and the rest. You can also skip it entirely and drive the same tools from Claude Code or any MCP client on a subscription you already pay for.
- What am I actually buying, if it is open source?
- The software is open source and you are free to self-host it on your own infrastructure and your own keys. What you buy is the hosted deployment, kept running and updated, without you operating it. That is also the guarantee behind a lifetime claim: if we ever stopped, you could carry on.
