Is there a free trial?: Every new workspace starts with a small credit balance, enough to run the onboarding and a few real searches before you choose a plan. Beyond that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee: if PandaCrawl isn't for you, email kamal@pandacrawl.app within thirty days and we'll refund it.
What is a credit?: Credits pay for the search data each action pulls: about 26 for a keyword search with 150 ideas, 3 for a rank check, about 190 for one question asked of four AI models. The app shows the cost on each button before you run it.
What if I run out of credits?: Top up with a credit pack, from $10 for 8,000 credits, or move up a plan. Scheduled checks are skipped until there are credits again, and nothing you've already fetched is lost.
Do unused credits expire?: No, they roll over to the next month while your plan is active.
What costs nothing?: Reading your own Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools data, submitting pages to IndexNow, and repeating a search within 24 hours. Your projects, saved keywords, reports and anything already fetched are always free to open.
Are any features held back for bigger plans?: No. Every plan has every feature, including AI visibility and the MCP server. Plans differ only by how many credits they include each month.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, from the billing page in the app. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and your projects and data stay in your workspace.
Can my AI agent use it?: Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. PandaCrawl has an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex can run research, read your Search Console, set up rank trackers and save reports.
